Broadmoor World Arena Rules
The Broadmoor World Arena encourages all of it’s attendees to have an incredible time from start to finish at the events taking place.
To ensure the safety of all guests and to encourage the best possible experience, the venue has put into place metal detectors located at the doors. Upon arrival you will be required to clear the detectors, so please remember to allow extra time for your arrival for the detectors and also to find your seats before the start of the show.
The Broadmoor World Arena is always looking for new ways to enhance its attendees experience and for the most efficient way to run its events – please see below for the current venue rules, these must be carried out and we cannot guarantee entry if you hold any of the following items on you when both entering the venue and during the event.
Understanding the arena’s policies ensures a smooth entry and enjoyable experience for everyone. You’ll save time and avoid disappointment by familiarizing yourself with these guidelines before you arrive.
Bag Policy and Security
The venue enforces its rules consistently to maintain safety and comfort for all guests. One such important policy concerns bags and prohibited items.
It’s best to leave large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses at home. The arena prohibits these items to ensure guest safety and efficient entry. Small hand-held clutches are generally acceptable, and clear bags provide the best option for carrying personal items through security screening.
The venue also enforces a strict no-weapons policy. You cannot bring firearms, explosives, stun guns, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, pocket knives, or other weapons to the Broadmoor World Arena, even with a concealed carry permit. The arena utilizes walk-through metal detectors at all entrances, so you should arrive with some extra time on hand to clear security before your show.
Food and Beverage Policies
Guests cannot bring outside food, beverages, or alcohol into the arena. The venue has ensured that its in-house food and beverage services provide diverse options to meet your needs during events, including concession stands.
All alcohol sales stop after intermission or at the management’s discretion. You must be 21 years old with valid identification to purchase alcoholic beverages at the arena. Moreover, management reserves the right to remove any guests who appear visibly intoxicated and disruptive or who provide alcohol to minors during any of the events.
Camera and Recording Policies
Your camera and video options vary by event, but it is typical that you will not be allowed to bring in a camera with a telephoto or detachable lens, a GoPro, or an iPad. For some events, personal cameras may be permitted. The final decision rests with the artist or production company that’s presenting the show.
If you’re unsure what is and isn’t permissible, you can always contact the arena through social media or their website form to inquire about specific event policies. Finding out about your photo and video options beforehand can help you avoid disappointment.
